My birthday has been great. It started last weekend when my dad, Mitch, was home for the weekend. (He works out of town most of the month and we are lucky if he is home two weekends a month.) I enjoyed going to dinner with him and spending time with him before he had to leave again. I have recieved some very meaningful gifts. Cards, money to put toward my piano lessons, a beautiful picture of The Sacred Grove. Selo gave me X-Men III and we watched it last night. (Thank you Baby!) My best friend Crystal and my mom gave me a beautiful Bible with my name engraved and a scripture bag. Crystal gave me a matching mini humnal. Judy gave me a book to read (yay!). And I got an iPod video (thank you!). But I think overall my favorite gift (how cheesy is this?) is my Bible. I have been wanting and wanting and I finally have my own. Overall this has probably been my best birthday. I have had a lot of bad stuff happen on my birthday DAY and I dread it every year. (Put in the hospital, my parents announcing their divorce, last year I had an anxiety attack at work) But this year has been great. Thank you everyone for your warm wishes and your love.
