"The Breakup" (Movie)

The Breakup

This movie was. . . okay. It stars Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston, and even Judy Davis. It was good example of the communication problems that can happen in a relationship and why relationships end because of them. But it was sad and depressing for a lot of the movie, and it was painful and heartbreaking for others. Vince and Jennifer played their roles well, but their characters became less likable as the movie went on. Had it had a lot more comic relief it would have been a great movie. I did like the ending, though, I thought it was written very well.

Sadly, I do not recommend this movie.

I'm sad you wouldn't recommend this movie! I actually love it. I think it's hilarious because they do fight and argue in classical stereotypes of men and women. I mean, it is a sad movie, I guess. But I do think it's really funny and really good commentary on stereotypical arguments. And I love the end because it's not the stereotypical Hollywood romantic comedy. Anyway, I think I just wrote "stereotypical" like 80 million times. Oh well.

I guess I expected so much more from this movie, and I was disappointed. But I am glad that someone like it, and thank you for letting us know what you think about it. It's nice to have an alternate opinion on things.
