I Love My Camera

I just wanted to brag about my camera for a minute. When Hubby and I moved from UT to NC, my camera got left behind (and then adopted by my ex-roommate Grr). So we bought the cheapest one that Walmart had to offer. (I know, my first mistake was Walmart.) I have hated it the whole time. It was digital, but held less than fifty pictures- if we wanted to be able to see them. And it didn't even do a good job at that. It had no sound on the video recording. It took five minutes to warm up to take a picture- and by then the photo moment is over. And it went through AA batteries like there was no tomorrow.
I love my new camera. The pictures on it are clear and crisp. It has a huge screen on the back. I can see the screen practically from across the room. It is ready to take a picture three seconds after I get it turned on. It holds not only 200 good pictures on the camera itself, but also can use a memory card. It came with a battery (are they called nimh batteries?) and a charger, so I don't have to waste money on buying batteries. It has a great video recorder, with a great microphone for catching sound. I can hook it up to my computer OR my tv. It came with a nice little carrying case. AND I got it for half price. I bought it clear back around Halloween. But I have loved it since the first day I bought it. It has been such a blessing for us to have a working (and working well!) camera. It's so much more fun to take pictures and capture our memories now.
Anyway, I just wanted to brag for a minute. lol Hope it wasn't too bad for you.
