Selo also might be getting a promotion. His work is wanting another TL to help run things. And since Selo already knows everything, he is an excellent candidate for it. It would mean a salary increase as well, which is never a bad thing. We're just waiting for the news. If he gets it, he'll be sent out to California (Anaheim California hotel) for training.
And, even more great news, Beka got the promotion she was trying for! She has worked so hard for that company, I am glad to see that her hard work is paying off. She will get different hours, and a salary increase. I am so happy for her. I was bouncing up and down when she told me.
