Another meal from Mealtime Makeover. It wasn't the most impressive, but it was fast, easy, and a healthy, complete meal. Plus, this was one meal my son could eat all of, if he would that is. Poor little boy hasn't developed a taste for Italian dressing or red sauce yet.
