*sigh* Selo Asked Me To Marry Him

Yep, that's right. We are officially engaged. And WAY excited about being husband and wife. Check out the website we put together. Has all the details. I want to make sure all our friends are receiving an announcement. So please email me or message me here with your mailing address. The website is a few pages so be sure to check them all out. And don't forget to sign the guest book!

I love my Selo

Most current wedding info: I have my dress. It's so pretty. I am having the fitting done next week. I found it a few years ago and I just knew it was the right dress. I am still in love with it, but now that I am actually getting married, I can have the alterations made. It's a size 2! And it fits me! I am having the train busseled, some lining put into the bodice, and some work done to alter the arms (I can't lift them very high). I already have my veil, shoes (tennis shoes baby!), and earrings. Tomorrow I am buying the rhinestones for my veil and shoes. Once all that is done, I will have my Bridal Portraits done. Tomorrow we are buying Selo's suit. Yes, buying. It's only fair- if I get to own the dress I am married in, he gets to own his suit. He is so excited. And boy, does he look fabulous! We have both been to the dentist, to make sure we both had Wedding Day Smiles. Selo had some work done, and WOW. We have the flowers picked out, and now to find the florist. Shouldn't be too hard- I have two different people working on it. We have the place in Washington for after the wedding itself. It's so cute! Our families are flying out for the week, and we are getting hotel rooms and transportation worked out. We are going to Winston tomorrow to do the invitations, center pieces, visit David's Bridal, and pick up Selo's suit. The temple will be reserved next week and both the reception places are already reserved.

I know it sounds like we are getting married really fast, but do you want to know a secret? Waiting to announce our wedding has been planned for a while. Selo and my relationship has worked out to my every dream. I wanted to date for a long time, and then have a very short engagement. We have known each other for almost five years, been dating for almost two years, and we have been engaged for just over two months when we get married. Our families are incredibly supportive of us. And to top it all off, Selo proposed to me on the beach! Every woman's dream! I just couldn't be happier. *sigh*
