Sick of Being Sick

It gets really old. Anytime I lay down to sleep, I wake up sick to my stomach. In the morning, after a nap, it doesn't matter. It takes an hour or more for my stomach to settle. I don't usually have an hour to just lay there and wait. This morning, I had to pull over to be sick.

Last year, around this time, I was dealing with the same thing. When I went to the doctor, and found out I had lost a lot of weight. I was down under 100 lbs, and my body was basically eating itself. I wasn't doing it intentionally, but I was pretty sick. After finding that out, I was able to change my schedule to make time for meals. I gained the weight back, and I was fine again.

This year, that isn't the case. I haven't lost weight. In fact, I have gained weight. I am almost up to 120, so I know that's not the reason I am sick. And no, I'm not pregnant either. I'm on BC, and have no reason to think it has failed. It doesn't seem like a bug either, because I have no other symptoms. No fever, no dizziness, no aches or pains.

So, any other ideas? Any guesses or suggestions?

I hope it goes away soon, too. The food allergies is interesting. I have a milk intolerance that I usually ignore because I love it so much. Maybe I should stay away from it for a while and see if that makes a difference. Thanks for the suggestion, Jen.
