Be sick or be fat. What an option.

Rant: I'm still getting sick in the mornings. It's just like morning sickness, but no, I'm not pregnant. For those of you that think "the test could have been wrong", you might be right. However, considering this has been going on for about a year and no baby has popped out? I'm pretty positive it's not pregnancy. I get sick every morning. Nausea. It stays for a while, and then calms throughout the day. Sometimes it comes back after I eat or if I stay hungry for too long. And lately, I have been getting car sick, so I feel like it's getting worse. Dr says I'm normal and healthy.

I know that if I were to sit here and snack throughout the day, and eat something right before bed so I didn't go all night with an empty stomach, I would be as sick as often. But my complaint about that- it's a recipe for getting fat. Not really what I want, either.

So I'm frustrated. I want this to go away, and I want to be able to go through a day without feeling like I'm gonna puke. What's the deal anyway? Why do I feel this way? I'd probably feel better if I even know why this was going on. It's like my body is sabotaging itself.

Yes i feel your pain, the doctors tell you nothing is wrong but you know different, they tell you to try something and it either doesn't work or you feel it is not right for you! i hate that i hate that doctors are real people and can make mistakes.

Teresa- I went to the doctor, and he told me the general reason for sickness in young women is too much acid in the stomach. So he told me to try an anti acid before bed for two weeks. If the sickness went away, keep up with an OTC one. So far, it seems to have helped. Maybe it would work for you?
