Wow, things are changing so quickly!
As of yesterday, I became a full time wife. I finished my last day at work. It came a few months sooner than we had planned, but because of complications with my pregnancy, we made the decision that was best for our family. And what a great decision! I have to admit, I am loving it. Today, I was able to sleep until 8. Then I got up, cleaned the kitchen, made breakfast for me and the boys, did the dishes, did some shopping, finished making two Christmas gifts, and wrapped all the presents. And all that done in a just a few hours! I am going to take a nap and rest, then get up and get more done. I feel so caught up on things. I have a list of more items I want to do, some things just to catch up, and others to learn. I got a sewing machine from my dad and step-mom for Christmas, and I'm going to get back into sewing again. I am going to pick up my volunteer hours with the animal shelter again. I'm going to study up on prenatal exercise, transitioning families, and newborns. I will have time to keep my house as clean as I've been wanting, AND be able to make dinner every night and try new recipes. There is so much I've been wanting to do, and now I will be able to.
We are very excited to be moving into the new house next week. It's perfect for our growing little family. I will post pictures when I get some. It's 3 bd/ 2 bath, and all hardwood floors. It's in a great neighborhood. And, the best part, it's the same price we were paying for our one bedroom apt just six months ago.
What a great way to start out the new year. We are very much enjoying our transition from married couple to family of three. This is a dream come true for both of us.

Awesome, I didn't know you bought a house!! How exciting!! I'm so happy for you :) I didn't know you were having complications with your pregnancy.. what is going on? I wish you guys the best!
