More good news? Selo got a promotion. A holy-goodness-you-are-totally-awesome promotion. He and three other people will be leaving this Sunday to go to California for a week (love that they gave us so much notice, huh?). They will find out when he is down there which one of them will be offered the higher of the position levels and that person will come home with everyone, but then turn around and drive back to stay in Cali for six months. The team will be supporting the top 50 of the Fortune 500 companies across the nation. Yes, that's not just big business, but it's Enterprise level. Selo received a raise and a serious boost. He walks around the house with a smile on his face now. It will be blah to have him gone all next week- especially since he will miss my birthday!- and it will be bittersweet if he were selected to stay for six month. But it is a great promotion, anwonderful opportunity, and it makes him really happy.
